ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT MFP3
Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Head of Secretariat, the Administrative Assistant provides general administrative, procurement and human resources services ensuring accuracy, effectiveness, and high quality of work. The Administrative Assistant promotes a client, quality and results- oriented approach in the Partnership. The Administrative Assistant will work in close collaboration with all staff in relation to those functions for effective and good quality services delivery.

Ensures full support to administration and implementation of the operational strategies
Effectively administers Office Administration and procurement
Properly administers human resources processes
Ensures organization of logistical services
Impact of Results
The key results have an impact on overall Partnership efficiency in administration and in implementation of general administration, HR and procurement strategies. Accurate documentations, records and presentation of information, and well organized, transparent HR and procurement processes ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of Partnership programmes/ projects. The information provided facilitates decision making of the management.

Minimum of D3 in Economic, Administration or other relevant subject.
Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible administrative, human resource and procurement experience is required at the national or international level. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc), advance knowledge of automated procurement systems and tax.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
