IT (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY) OFFICER
1 position, based in Belu

ROLE PURPOSE:
He/She will be the main driver of business process improvements primarily in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of IT-related equipment and services within Save the Children offices in field office by performing various monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks on our IT systems and maintaining contacts with 3rd party technology solution providers. He/She will engage closely with Country Office, in Jakarta, in proposing solutions, driving implementation, changing and leading continuous improvement for within IT areas. He/She will provide first line of support to Belu/Malaka field office.
