AMINEF

AMINEF, the binational foundation that manages the US government-funded Fulbright program in Indonesia, seeks a Program Assistant under a one-year, renewable contract agreement. The Program Assistant will provide administrative support for the American Program team by, among others, securing research or teaching permits for Fulbright American grantees, administering programs, and providing assistance to newly-arrived American grantees in Indonesia.
Required qualifications:
- S1 graduate or higher
- Good oral and written English skills
- One-year administrative work experience preferred, but fresh graduates may also apply
- Good organizing, communications, and computer skills 
- Detail-oriented, flexible, high level of initiative
- Able to work on a team and individually, on weekends when needed
- Available to start work immediately
