Under the guidance and supervision of the Grant Manager, the Grant Assistant ensures provision of supports for effective execution of grantee financial services and processes within the Partnership and observing transparent utilization of financial resources.          The Grant Assistant works in close collaboration with the operations, programme, projects’ staff and also partners of Kemitraan to resolve finance‐related issues and information exchange.
Summary of Key Functions:  
Support to the Implementation of financial    operational strategies especially for grantee financial strategies Administration of effective financial monitoring of grant   Input data of grantee into project tracking system . Facilitation of financial audit for grantee    Facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing
The key results is to have an impact on the overall execution of the Partnership financial services and success in implementation of operational strategies on the following areas: 1. Accurate administration and presentation of financial data transaction for grantee 2. Accurate and timely information on financial status and t assets of grantee    3. Accurate analysis, management and presentation of grantee financial status and reports.    4. Timely and accuracy of financial reporting on potential problematic project and applicable recommendation for preventive measure   5. Make sure there is no quantitative finding in audit report to all grantee financial statements.
